Application Servicing Support
Join our growing internal Operations team as we look for Origination Associates to provide positive customer experiences when helping customers navigate the application process, review offers, support product-related questions, and share product benefits. Originations Associates will work closely to support our marketing initiatives such as new product offerings, features, and customer programs. We help customers by supporting inbound application calls and making outbound calls to customers with existing offers to help them complete the process, answer questions, and review product benefits.

Duties & Responsibilities
o Ensure we deliver the best possible experience throughout the application and acceptance customer journey
o Support inbound calls to assist customers through the application process and answer questions related to their available offers
o Make outbound phone calls to assist customers with available offers and support them during the acceptance process
o Answer questions related to products, features, and marketing initiatives
o Support customers through the decline process and potentially reviewing alternative solutions
o Document and update information within our system of record
o Provide feedback on trends that can be used to improve the customer experience, product solutions, and improve training
o Assist with launching new products and features
o Support tests and special projects as assigned by management
Requirements & Qualifications
o 1+ years of financial services experience or sales related experience
o Positive, self-motivated and customer-centric
o Ability to work effectively in a team environment
o Strong communication skills
o Organized and can multi-task
o Effectively communicate with all levels of compay leadership
o Proficient with navigating basic computer applications
o Attention to detail & high emphasis on quality
o Must embrace change and thrive in a constantly evolving company

Please note: We are currently operating 100% virtually – our headquarters is in Wilmington (19803) and are looking for team members that will be able to commute into the office when it is safe to do so. We will maintain partial remote flexibility after the pandemic period.
