The Finance Business Partner is responsible for Executive leadership and, partnering with designated business units to support expense budgeting and forecasting, while also adding value to business strategies and activities. Identify relevant financial considerations and potential impacts to business plans and objectives.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Manage Financial Planning and Analysis for designated business units, including reporting, analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
• Understand key performance drivers for business and ensure key financial information is effectively represented, with strong focus on customer centric.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to perform financial planning analysis, profitability, and performance reporting (e.g., developing/managing budgets, compiling performance reports/trends, ROI, etc.).
• Directly support business performance by delivering deeper dive analytics and insights and providing decision support.
• Deliver accurate and timely monthly and quarterly reports, provide analysis of results and insights, augment financial analysis with new ways of presenting information to support business stakeholders.
• Design and execute financial reports to support business needs.

Role Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or another related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Finance discipline. Focus on Corporate Finance preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of range of finance and accounting principles, practices, concepts, and theories.
• Proven data and technical capabilities in reporting, data visualization, and presentation of financial information.
• Experience in an agile and dynamic project-focused environment, with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly develop advanced understanding of the business, planning processes, and business objectives.
• Very strong experience with Excel (and MS Office) and in-depth understanding of finance systems (ERP D365, Budgeting / Forecasting tools, Tableau preferred).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship building skills, delivering information in a clear and user-friendly manner.
